When you enter the link, you’ll be brought to the place where I store all my downloads. Click on the Doujinshi folder.

After you find the file (in zip format) that you want, hover over it and click the down arrow to the right:

Finally, a popup asks whether you want premium download or regular download. Click the light grey button to the right.
